How it works.

A journal is photos, places and words — as much or as little as you like.

    Up to ten per journal, cropped the way you want. Or write without photos at all.

    Write the story

    Put photos inside the text, tag the place for each one, and mention the friends who were there.

    Set the day it happened

    Backdate it to any day since 2000 — the trip last month, or the one ten years ago.

    Choose who sees it

    Public, just your journey buddies, or only you.

Post it and get on with your day.

On iPhone, a journal keeps uploading even after you leave the app.

Is it free?

Yes. Writing and sharing journals is free.

Can I write about a trip from years ago?

Yes. Set the journal date to any day since 2000 and it lands in the right place on your timeline.

Who can see my journal?

You choose for each one: Public, Journey buddies (the people on that trip), or Only me.

Can I add videos?

Yes — photos and videos, up to ten per journal.

Do I need photos?

No. You can write a journal with words only.

Can people read it on the web?

Yes. Every public journal has its own web page, and so does your profile, so anyone can read them from a link without the app.
