Add to-dos with a due date, notes and who’s taking care of it. Drag them into the order that makes sense.

Tie it to the plan
Link a to-do to a stop in the itinerary — the cabin, the tour — and see whether it’s booked yet.

Pack shared or personal
Mark an item Shared and one person packs it for everyone. Mark it Personal and each person ticks off their own.

Your default packing list fills every new journey, sorted into documents, clothing, toiletries and electronics.

The adapter is packed once for the group; the rain jacket is ticked off person by person. Anything shared that nobody has claimed yet stands out, so it doesn’t get left behind.

Can I assign things to people?
Yes. Every to-do and packing item can have one person responsible.
What’s the difference between shared and personal items?
A shared item is packed once for the whole group. A personal item — like a passport — is ticked off by each person.
Do I have to type the same packing list every time?
No. Keep a default packing list and it seeds every new journey. There are 33 suggested items to start from.
Does it remind me before a to-do is due?
Not yet — due dates show on the list, but reminders aren’t there.
